I've commented before on other people's blogs about Open Space, and I'm very excited about the prospect of using it (or something like it) in an emerging context because it helps ideas to emerge out of the creativity of the participants, not the agenda of the entrenched hierarchy (no matter how enlightened). Which is also a way of addressing the leadership question that Karen raises.
