Once again the Archbishop of Chicanery and Obfuscation comes out with a decidedly 19th century position on a 21st century issue (Daily Telegraph).
With Manchester United footballer Ryan Giggs' super-injunction in the news, the ABC thinks that the rich, famous and philandering have a right to cheat on their wives and then sue anyone that dares to mention it.
Of course, the Archbishop himself has been in the news recently with details of his backroom shenanigans in the selection of the Bishop of Southwark. Yes, those same shenanigans where he sold his "friend" Jeffrey John down the river for the second time. I'm sure he would have liked to just take out a super-injunction to keep that under wraps. And let's not even think about the church cover-ups of child molesting ovet the years.
Oh, this transparent society - what a calamity!
Sorry Rowan - deal with it. The genie's not going back in the bottle.
